Today, I will be at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab (LBNL) for the jamboree on measuring ATLAS detector performance using cosmic ray data [1]. This is the first ATLAS meeting I have ever attended, and while I won’t (obviously) be presenting anything, I intend to soak in the hard work of everybody else. These jamborees are half presentation, half working meeting (with people going away from the public setting to get things done). I plan to do a lot of shadowing, a lot of listening, and maybe even a little talking. Hope to see you at LBNL!
