Tomorrow, I am heading back to the Midwest for a brief round of seminars. My travels will take me to Indiana University and then Purdue. I am really looking forward to this, as there are people I respect greatly at both locations. I’m even looking forward to the plane ride; I can tweak my talk, catch up on a book, work on some of my writing, and do some thinking. I don’t usually get psyched about air travel these days, but I’m going light-weight (unlike last time) and traveling lean, which tends to make me happier.
I’ll try to put some thoughts down in the next few days as I flit from place to place. I’ll probably micro-blog, too, since I can conveniently do that from my mobile phone [1].
